Embroidery Services
1)Purchase:-The action of buying something is Purchase.
Some important features under Purchase are:
a)Finished Purchase:Finished goods are goods that have completed the manufacturing process but have not yet been sold or distributed to the end user.
b)General Purchase:In General Purchase, all the Profit and Loss Expense Invoice Entries can be done.c)Other Purchase:Entries related to Consumption of Patterns on Cloths using Embroidery Machine(Thread, Jari, Sequence, Chemical, Oil).
2)Inward:- Here Entries are done when Customer send Cloths for value addition.
3) Job:- The Cloths which received from customer is sent further for value addition to other party. And Challan is Received after the work of Value addition is done from same Party.
4)Outward Challan:- Here Challan is Issued when Value Addition work is Done and the cloths are ready to be dispatched to Customer.
5)Outward:- Tax Invoice is Issued Above the Outward Challan. Multiple Challan can be Issued in Single Invoice.
6) Bank & Cash Transaction:- Here all the Bank And Cash Related Transaction Entries can be done.
7) Journal Voucher
It maintains:
a)Journal Voucher:Only Credit and Debit Entries are made for Adjustment in Balance Sheet and Ledger.
b)Multi-Journal Voucher:-Bills or Debit Notes or Credit Notes for services availed or Provided.
-The Debit Notes and the Credit Notes Entries are made for material returns and other adjustments.
