These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tamannasolutions.net and related online services operated by TAMANNA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the website, placing an order, making a payment, or using Careers / Jobs features, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please exit the site.

We may revise these Terms by updating this page. Please review it periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Last updated: 22 October 2026.

1. Services covered

These Terms apply to:

• The corporate website and product information;
• Purchase of desktop / licensed software products (for example Tamanna Trading, Embroidery, Agency, Retail, and other listed products);
• Online payments and electronic receipts;
• Careers / Jobs portal features;
• Links to cloud products such as Call CRM (crm.tamannasolutions.com) and Tamanna SalarySlip (additional product-specific terms may apply on those services).

2. Use of content

All logos, brands, marks, headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes, software names (including Call CRM, Tamanna SalarySlip and other Tamanna products), and combinations thereof appearing on this site, except as otherwise noted, are properties owned or used under licence by the Company and/or its associates. Use of these properties or any other site content, except as expressly allowed in these Terms, is prohibited.

You may not sell or modify Website content, or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use materials for any public or commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use & security

(A) Security rules

You must not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Website, including without limitation: (1) accessing data not intended for you or logging into an account you are not authorised to use; (2) probing, scanning, or testing vulnerability of systems or networks without authorisation; (3) interfering with service to any user, host, or network (including malware, flooding, or crashing); (4) attempting to bypass encryption, payment verification, CSRF, session, or other security controls; or (5) sending unsolicited bulk email or promotional messages through our systems. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.

(B) General rules

You may not use the Website to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material that (a) would constitute or encourage a criminal offence or violate applicable law; (b) infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others; or (c) is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.

(C) Careers / Jobs

If you register as a candidate or company, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use the portal only for lawful employment-related purposes. You must not upload malware, false credentials, or content you are not entitled to share. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Products, pricing & GST

Product descriptions, prices, and GST rates shown on the Website are indicative and may change. Prices for software licenses are generally exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. The amount payable at checkout (including applicable GST) is the amount charged through the selected payment gateway.

Cloud / SaaS offerings such as Call CRM and Tamanna SalarySlip may use separate pricing, billing cycles, and terms on their own portals.

5. Online payments

When you proceed to payment:

• You confirm that billing details (including company name, GSTIN, mobile, and address) are true and complete;
• Payment is processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay or 1Pay). Their terms and security controls also apply;
• A payment is treated as successful only after our systems receive and, where applicable, cryptographically verify confirmation from the gateway;
• Cancelling or abandoning checkout does not create a completed order;
• Failed, cancelled, or unverified payments do not entitle you to license activation or delivery until a successful payment is confirmed.

We may use encryption and other security measures to protect checkout session data. You agree not to interfere with those measures. Card / UPI credentials are handled by the gateway—not stored by us in full.

For payment disputes, chargebacks, or refunds, contact us with your receipt / payment reference. Any refund, if approved, will be processed according to applicable law, gateway rules, and our written confirmation.

6. Software licenses & delivery

Unless a separate license agreement states otherwise, purchase of desktop software grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your internal business purposes, subject to activation and support policies communicated by us. Title to the software remains with the Company. You must not reverse engineer, crack, redistribute, or sublicense the software except as permitted by law or written agreement.

Delivery, installation support, and training (if any) will be arranged as communicated after successful payment.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, and damages arising from your use of tamannasolutions.net, your payments or orders, your Jobs portal activity, or your breach of these Terms.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from use or inability to use the service; cost of substitute goods or services; goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained; messages received or transactions entered into through the service; unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data; or any other matter relating to the service—including loss of profits, use, or data—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether or not justified, negligent, or intentional.

The Company is not responsible for statements or conduct of any third party (including payment gateways and linked sites). In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, if any.

9. Disclaimer of consequential damages

In no event shall the Company or any parties associated with the corporate brand mentioned on this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, damage to computer hardware, loss of data, or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not such parties were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website.
